First Initial Appointment

A thorough past medical history will be taken as well as a vascular, neurological and dermatological assessment will be performed making sure we have a baseline of your foot health. A 60 second Diabetic screening will be done as well. You will receive treatment as well at your initial appointment.

Nails will be cut, filed and cleared of any debris. Any corns or callouses causing pressure points will be reduced. Thickened nails causing further pressure on the toes will be reduced. Education on proper foot health will be provided.

Depending on how quickly your nails grow back you will return for regular foot care every 6-8 weeks at which time nails will be cut and cleaned and any corns or callouses will be dealt with. If there are any new issues we will address and treat at the same time. At every subsequent visit your feet will be monitored for any new issues or concerns.
