A full assessment of how your feet, knees and hips function. A measurement is taken in your neutral position. We asses how your lower limb functions when you are walking. Education on all the above is discussed so you have an understanding of why you are experiencing the discomfort.

A prescription is written by our licensed and regulated Chiropodist, Kara Fillier, with a diagnosis and proper documentation you require for submission to your private insurance. This is given to you at your pick up date for your orthotics
One of the most common reason for requiring custom made orthotic insoles but not limited to orthotics. Most commonly known or described as heel pain. It can also involve other soft tissue structures near the heel or in to the foot. Cortisone injections, shockwave therapy, stretching exercises are common treatments to treat plantar fasciitis/heel spur syndrome.
Commonly causing toes to go numb, and sharp shooting pain. Often people describe it as walking on a pebble. Non invasive treatment are custom made orthotic insoles, wider shoes, and discontinued use of high heeled shoes. Other treatments that are more invasive are cortisone injections, alcohol sclerosing of the nerve, surgical release of the deep transverse ligament.
Bunion formation, flatfeet, severely high arch feet, intoeing, hip replacement, knee replacement, knee injuries, back pain, scoliosis, history of ankle sprains which weaken the ligaments causing instability of the foot and ankle.
