The Team

Kara M.D. Fillier B.Sc. Kin., D.Ch. Chiropodist/Foot Specialist

Kara was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. She completed her post secondary education at the University of Toronto, and Laurentian University. She then specialized in Chiropody at the Michener Institute in Toronto, Ontario. 


Kara has been practicing for 8 years as a registered Chiropodist in the Sudbury area.  She has worked in private clinics, community health centres and wound care centres. She opened her own clinic in order to provide her patients with the care they need and require. 


Prior to Chiropody; Kara worked as a Kinesiologist in many long term care facilities in the Sudbury area. This is where she discovered the need for foot care in the north.

Our Chiropodist and Foot Specialist, Kara Fillier, specializes in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disorders of the foot, ankle and lower extremity.  Kara is a regulated health professional in Greater Sudbury who is in good standings with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
